Definitely book your Ice Fishing trip with Deadstick49! Jarrid was a great guide. Informative, down to earth and super helpful. We caught loads of fish…well except my husband. 🤭 Apparently it just wasn’t his day. We all had a great time and a great day with Jarrid from Deadstick49 Fishing. We will do it again next winter trip to Alaska to visit family.

Could not recommend more!!! I had such an incredible experience ice fishing with Deadstick this past week. My guide, Jerrid, knew exactly which lake would be the most fruitful based on where we were staying in Talkeetna - making it super convenient to get to. Would also be an easy trip if you’re in Anchorage. AND we caught half a dozen gorgeous arctic char, even one within the first 5 minutes! 🐠🎣
Of the three weeks I spent in Alaska, Deadstick ice fishing was hands down the highlight of my trip. Jerrid was an expert of the lakes in the area, a very patient teacher for a first time fisher, and went out of his way to ensure we were having a great time. 😍 Would do again in an instant!
